Participation in the BridgePoint Business Associate Program is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which sets out commission structures, override rates, performance expectations, conduct standards, and termination rights. The information shown on this Site regarding the BA Program is summary in nature; the BAA controls in the event of any conflict.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
BridgePoint reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels.
